Meet Leighton!

He’s the founder of two gyms (with a third to be opened soon) and has a super-efficient online system to bring more women into his programs.

Alongside the physical gym membership, he’s created programs to help his clients with their health, nutrition and mindset.

Where we began…

Leighton had run a beta launch of an upsell program for his gym members. 

The feedback was good, so he wanted to create an online funnel to offer this program to members of his gym. 

The process we went through…

  • Step 1: I went through the feedback, testimonials and program content. I gave Leighton scripts to help interview his audience and we created a vast amount of information about what his audience really want and need from the program he’s offering
  • Step 2: I researched his market and his competitors. This helped me get clear on what resonates with his audience, and how to match this back to Leighton’s program and the outcomes
  • Step 3: I pulled everything together, and wrote a launch funnel including emails and a sales page

The Outcome…

Around 50% of the clients that are offered this new program decide to join. 

This resulted in a 5-figure launch the first time he put this offer out to his audience.

It’s an ongoing 6-figure revenue stream for his business, as he is bringing new clients into his gym every month, and upselling around half of them onto this new program.

Step 1 - Research + Strategy

One of the BEST things I love about writing launch copy is completely immersing myself into my client’s business.

Through your testimonials and reviews as well as some super-duper market research, I spend time seeing what’s going on in the world of your audience, and how we can position you for THE best launch ever.

(Sidenote: this is why I only work with businesses who are doing work I totally believe in…I can’t get fully involved unless I’m 1000% on board with what you do).

When I’m done with this phase, I know your audience as well as you do, and we’re ready to take your message out to meet your people where they’re at.


Step 2 - Writing + Messaging

This is the bit where my team and I get to work doing our thang.

We write ALL the words for your launch that we’ve agreed on – sales page, emails, optin page, social posts.

By combining everything from the research phase with what we’ve uncovered about YOU and your brand, we craft a message that’s uniquely you.

That message and strategy is baked into every piece of copy throughout the funnel, so you’re connecting and converting your perfect clients at every stage.

The little wins, the micro-yeses…they all add up to a launch that’s not just profitable, but pulling in ALL the right people into your world.


Step 3 - Audience Building

Once we’ve got all the launch pieces in place, it’s time to reverse engineer for the launch build-up.

This is where we plan and write the copy that preps, excites and builds your audience for your offer before the cart opens.

This is content you share through emails, affiliate agreements, and social media.

We do this last because we need your full launch message and strategy in place before we start the promo-phase.

Otherwise, you risk building the wrong audience for your launch – and that’s a fast-track to frustration and disappointment.


Step 4 - The Launch Debrief

After the dust has settled, we’ll get together for a launch debrief session.

I’ll look at your numbers – conversion rates, where and why people fell off along the way.

You’ll get a report on what went well, what can be tweaked for next time, and guidance on how to do this.

He runs a 28 Day online coaching program, working specifically with men.

He helps them to create the life they want to live by prioritising their own physical and mental health.

Where we began…

James has been running his program for a few years. He gets great results for his clients, and has amazing testimonials to prove this. 

He launches three times a year, and was getting around 30 sign-ups each time, using a sales page he had written himself.

So, while things were going OK…there was something that felt ‘off’ with his messaging.

He felt that he wasn’t really explaining what he did in the right way, to the people who benefit most from his help.

We plugged the new sales page into his funnel. 

The number of men who signed up to his program on this launch quadrupled – from 30 to 125 signups.

The first step in the process is getting you to fill out a questionnaire. This is where you dive deep into who you are, what you do, and who you help. 

You’ll also be asked to provide me with ALL of the things – your testimonials, reviews, competitors, your product and services.


Kick-off Call

We’ll then schedule a kick-off call… which lasts around an hour or so. 

I’ve found that by prompting you to talk about your business and by asking the right questions – I get SO MUCH GOLD about what you do and who you serve. 

This call is recorded, allowing us to capture your language and voice – all of which goes into your funnel copy and messaging.


Opt-in Page(s)

Carefully crafted landing pages that move more of your dream clients into your funnel.

Whether you’re running a webinar, a 5-day challenge, or promoting a lead magnet, your opt-in page is the first time people new to your world are introduced to you.

Getting this right is SO important, because if you build a list of not-great-fit people…your launch isn’t going to be the roaring success you’re planning for.

Oh…and I help you with all the in-between bits, the thank you pages, the upsells…so that the message is seamless at all stages of the funnel.

Sales Page

Ooh…I do love me a sales page.

Because we’re working strategically on this launch, I’ll craft you a sales page that is JUST the right length and goes into JUST the right amount of detail.

Your sales page is the place your audience goes to when they’ve got questions about your offer.

So…we bake in what we know they’re thinking, and answer those questions and objections right there on the sales page.

And of course, we inject your personality and vibe into the copy as well.

There’s an art and science to writing a sales page, and it all boils down to trust.

This part of your launch is REALLY important, which is why I help you to come up with a strategy and then execute copy you need.

The Investment

I only work with a few clients at a time, so that I can give you MY FULL attention and expertise.


How long to start?

I generally have a 2-4 week window before being able to start new projects, so if you have something coming up, then get in touch sooner rather than later, so I can get you booked into our calendar.

I occasionally will take on urgent work, but if I do this, will charge a rush fee of 30% on top of the project quote.

This is because to accommodate I’ll need to move other projects around.

Do you only work with live launches? Can I hire you for evergreen funnels?

Yes, everything outlined on this page can be applied to an evergreen product or service.

What sort of businesses do you work with?

I’ve worked with all sorts of businesses over the years. 

The common denominator is that they have a product or service that they sell online.

However, I don’t work with ecommerce businesses for this launch model, as it isn’t a good match for you guys.

Most projects take in the region of 4 weeks to complete.
